Our watershed chapter
As a family we've embarked on an exciting new adventure; moving from Brisbane to the Granite Belt establishing a winery/cellar door on our vineyard (Dear Vincent directly behind the pub) as well as relaunching the Ballandean Pub.

We have always loved the Ballandean Tavern and early 2024 took it through major renovations converting it to a much more modern pub! We now have large kids playground, huge beer garden out the front, and an old Bedford truck that we've turned into a stage for live music.​ The menu unashamedly showcases the abundance of amazing producers we have in the region, something we're excited about.

The beers are now flowing! We look forward to welcoming you at the pub!
The Food
With a focus on sourcing local where we can we express pride in supporting our local growers and producers wherever we can.

Events
We love to throw a party! Live music most weekends, karaoke (mainly so Adam the publican can sing), through to big charity days with pig races, big name bands and more!​
​
We also host private events and functions - wedding weekend 'pre-wedding dinner', birthdays, engagements, and everything in between.
Accommodation
Directly behind the pub is our motel. Featuring four comfortable rooms, all with a private shower and bathroom. They are set far enough away from the pub that they are quiet.

Three of the rooms are configured with a queen bed and single bed, one room is configured as a spacious family room with three singles and a queen bed. All have reverse cycle airconditioning. One of the rooms is setup for people with specific access requirements, please note this on your booking if required.
